The grapes are harvested between October 1st and 10th, and the must ferments for approximately 9 days at 28°C. The wine matures for about 6 months in Slavonian oak barrels and refines for at least 4 months in the bottle.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Light red color with hints of garnet, elegant bouquet, spicy and floral with velvety notes of violet and rose. Dry, soft, and pleasantly harmonious flavor, with remarkable persistence. Harmonious and pleasant wine, with great balance and typicality.
