Rocca delle Macìe’s highest expression “in white,” it’s the result of a project by Andrea Zingarelli aimed at pushing Vermentino cultivated in Maremma to the limits of its potential.

CELLAR
After a temperature-controlled vinification of about 10 days, the wine undergoes maturation for at least 9 months in concrete tanks, with frequent bâtonnage. It is then bottled and left to refine for an additional 8 months before being released to the market.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Color: pale straw, tending towards greenish.
Bouquet: very fine varietal aromas, overall floral and fruity.
Taste: savory, rounded, and elegant, with a fresh and harmonious aroma, and a rhythmic longevity.
