After fermentation and maceration on the skins for about 18 days, during which 5 pump-overs are performed daily, the wine matures for 12 months in French oak barriques and subsequently in the bottle for 24 months.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Color: intense ruby red.
Bouquet: intense and wide, slightly ethereal with fruity, floral, and spicy notes. The main scents include blackberry jam, sour cherry, violet, tobacco, and vanilla.
Taste: dry, warm, soft, with significant but well-integrated tannins. Good freshness and body, intense aromatic persistence.
