BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO DOCG

With this wine, Rocca delle Macìe inaugurates its presence in one of the most famous wine territories in the world. A new project born from collaboration with a historic company in the Montalcino area.

After 10 days of alcoholic fermentation and 21 days of post-fermentation maceration on the skins, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in concrete. Aging in small 25 Hl barrels of French oak Troncais for 18 months, followed by a further stay in the bottle for a minimum of 20 months.

Color: intense ruby red with garnet reflections.
Bouquet: complex, with hints of plum, ripe cherry and small
red fruits that integrate well with the notes of liquorice and
tobacco.
Taste: intense, with tannins present but with a soft and sweet
consistency, great aromatic persistence.
