The grapes mainly come from the vineyards of the Campomaccione Estate owned by Rocca delle Macìe and in part from selected farms along the Tuscan coast. The wine is produced using the most advanced fermentation techniques for white wines. It then undergoes aging in steel and concrete for several months before bottling.
