By the end of the 1970s, a wine like Rubizzo was certainly a revolution for the Chianti taste accustomed to wines that based their style on a predominantly acidic structure, less suitable for aging, and slightly lighter in color.

Produced with a selection of well-ripened grapes and vinified using advanced fermentation techniques to preserve all the fruit aromas and color concentration, it is ready for consumption from the spring following the harvest.

Color: bright ruby red.
Bouquet: intense aromas of ripe red fruit and violets.
Taste: pleasantly fresh, well balanced, with soft components.
