Bianco Bianco is a fragrant, tangy, naturally sparkling wine produced on behalf of Rocca delle Macìe in the Province of Trento, in the North East of Italy. It is produced through the natural refermentation of the base wine through Charmat method. Before the bottling the wine remains on the lees for at least 4/5 months.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Color: brilliant light straw yellow, with fine and persistent perlage Bouquet: fragrant with hints of white flowers and only just ripe fruit. Taste: fresh, dry and delicate.
