Bianco Bianco is a fragrant, tangy, naturally sparkling wine
produced on behalf of Rocca delle Macìe in the Province
of Trento, in the North East of Italy. It is produced
through the natural refermentation of the base wine
through Charmat method. Before the bottling the wine
remains on the lees for at least 4/5 months.
