The grapes selected in the three regions(Merlot from the Veneto estate La Montecchia, Barbera from the Piedmontese estate Villa Giada, Sangiovese from the Tuscan estate Rocca delle Macìe) are vinified
separately in the cellars of each producer and at the end of
the maturation process they are assembled in Piedmont and
aged for a few months in the bottle.
