The grapes are harvested between October 5th and 15th, and the must ferments for about 10 days at 26°C.

Very intense red color with shades tending towards violet; complex and intense bouquet, with hints of blackberry, plum, jam, and spices. Round, harmonious, and very complex on the palate. With excellent persistence and sapidity, it is a wine of exceptional finesse and remarkable class.
