The grapes are harvested between September 10th and 20th, and the must ferments for about 15 days at 18°C. The wine matures in stainless steel for about 4 months and refines in the bottle for at least 2 months.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Light straw yellow color, fresh bouquet with hints of ripe fruit, both traditional and exotic, and a light spicy note. Dry and pleasant on the palate, with great freshness, delicate wine, of remarkable balance and finesse.
