After pressing the must, vinification follows in oak barrels, without cold stabilization and filtration. The maturation on the lees lasts for at least 96 months. Certified organic agriculture since 2021.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Its extraordinary golden yellow color is an invitation to pleasure. The minerality perceived on the nose expresses citrus aromas and reveals a slight boisé note. On the palate, it releases fresh aromas, accentuated by the light dosage, while on the finish, it reveals finesse and minerality, combining roundness and lightness with toasted notes.
