The “Gin Senensis” is crafted at the D.e.t.a. distillery in Barberino Val d’Elsa, with highly selected native botanicals all sourced from the Chianti territory. It’s a London Dry Gin, following the classic English style, produced through the infusion of botanicals and distillation, without the addition of artificial elements.
BOTANY
Native botanicals: the flower and leaf of Sangiovese, organic olive leaf, verbena, tarragon, sage, and “ramerino” (rosemary), wild juniper from Castellina in Chianti.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Color: intense ruby red.
Aroma: fruity, intense, and persistent with light spicy notes.
