After the launch of ‘Brunello’, Rocca delle Macìe’s experience in the Montalcino area continues with a younger wine but at the same time endowed with a unique and decisive character, as only Sangiovese can express.
CELLAR
After a careful manual selection of the grapes during the harvest, vinification takes place using the most advanced techniques. This is followed by several months of maturation in fine Slavonian oak barrels and a period of bottle aging before being released onto the market.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Color: intense ruby red. Bouquet: complex bouquet with ripe black cherries and small red fruits, well balanced with spicy aromas. Taste: fresh and intense, fruity with smooth tannins and medium aftertaste.
