MAREMMA TOSCANA DOC
The third-born of the wine family from the Rocca delle Macìe estates in Maremma is a fine and elegant wine with floral and fruity notes. It represents the solidity and concreteness of a wine produced solely with Sangiovese grapes, which gives it a very precise identity with a firm, reliable territorial stamp, making it a wine that adapts to every need.
Produced with grapes harvested at the optimal ripening moment, coming from the Campomaccione estate in the Province of Grosseto, owned by the Zingarelli Family since 1998. The must undergoes controlled-temperature vinification following traditional rosé wine production methodologies, through skin contact. The wine is bottled in the spring following the harvest.
Color: coral red.
Bouquet: fruity aromas of red apple and raspberry.
Taste: dry and smooth on the palate with a good aromatic persistency.
