The Vermentino, cultivated in the sunny vineyards of the Casamaria estate in Maremma, acquired in 2003 by the Zingarelli family, is the main grape of this straw-yellow wine. At the nose, floral hints reminiscent of acacia and broom are immediately perceived, followed by delicate fruity aromas of apple and pineapple.
CELLAR
Produced with grapes harvested at the optimal ripening moment, coming from the Campomaccione estate in the Province of Grosseto, owned by the Zingarelli Family since 1998. After vinification at controlled temperature and a short maturation in steel tanks, the wine is bottled to be ready in the spring following the harvest.
