Wine produced with selected grapes from the Salento area, vinified with temperature-controlled maceration followed by soft pressing of the must at the end of fermentation. After a period of refinement of several months, it is then bottled.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Purple color with dark violet reflections. Intense and persistent aromas of blackcurrant, soft fruits with hints of thyme and herbs. Good structured wine with pleasant freshness, smooth and with a long lasting finish.
